Staying just in front of the beach, we enjoyed the direct access to the shore, watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset. the room we had was quite comfortable, with cozy beds and a balcony with a stunning view. We were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Breakfasts were delightful, with plenty of options. the pool was a great addition, and it was well-maintained.
The parking spot was limited and small cars were preferable.

The location was excellent. Near the beach, next to the center of the city. Variety of breakfast was fairly good. WiFi was free and usable.
The room was smelly. The very old furniture was awfully smelly. Some stinky spray was used but the smell did not disappeared. (Could be some animal stench.) Room change was refused. The cleaning lady made what she could... The bathroom was in bad condition. Parts were made of poor materials some fell off the wall. Garage was also poor. Some old construction material was packed up next to my car. Lots were narrow usable by only small cars. Staff was tired, neutral and sometimes reluctant. Fitness room was not usable due to some reason. The hotel is old with a vintage design (although this is not something to be complained...). This is not a four-star hotel! Credit card pre-pay was not refundable - we know the reason now...

The only really good thing was one girl in the lobby and chief of staff in the restaurant.
The room was not very clean, especially the floor was not cleaned at all prior to our arrival, the air conditioning was not working so staying in the room on fifth floor was like living in sauna. One could not get ride of the filling that the owners are just trying to find the way to take as much money as possible for giving actually nothing. If they wouldn't be around, the hotel would be much more pleasant. We usually stay in The Italia Palace Hotel in Lignano and we definitely go back there next time.

We had a last-minute stay and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a prime location right on the beach, making it very convenient. The facilities include a modern and clean pool with a deck, plus a private section of the beach with umbrellas and beds. The breakfast had a nice variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the beach and with a pool option. the pool area was modern and clean. the breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. A private section on the beach with an umbrella and beds was a great addition.
The room could do with an upgrade in terms of the bedding and lighting. the walls were thin, and we could hear noise from the other rooms.

We had a pleasant Easter at this beachfront hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, even during the busy holiday season. The comfortable and tidy rooms were equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, and the restaurant served excellent food. We also appreciated the complimentary beach umbrella and lounger, as well as the prime location near shopping districts and restaurants.
We did experience some technical difficulties with the free wifi on one day. there were a few minor inconveniences such as a shortage of towels and toiletries.
